Customer-defined FI-SL table names beginning with 'Y....' and 'Z....'

Description

Up to and including Release 3.0E, the names of customer-defined FI-SL tables had to begin with 'ZZ....'. Effective immediately, table names may also begin with 'Y.....' or 'Z.....'. Like the previous names, these names can be supported without restriction.
