Work Centers: Changed Functions
Description
This release note describes the functions that have changed in work center maintenance for Release 3.0.
- Change of terms qualification and suitability
On the default values screen in the qualification field you could determine the qualification required to work at this work center. This field has been renamed suitability.
You must use the menu option Assignments to enter the required suitability. Data created in the Personnel Planning and Development System (PD) is accessed for this.
- Distribution key on the capacity overview screen
As of release 3.0, you can enter distribution keys directly on the capacity overview screen. Distribution keys are used in capacity planning to determine how capacity requirements are distributed over the execution time or in internal processing. There is no longer a capacity screen or function key choose.
