Date Control on a Costing Variant Level

Description

Until now, the date control has been linked to the costing type. From Release 4.0, the date control is linked to the costing variant.

The date control keys, which were previously assigned to their costing types, are now assigned automatically to the corresponding costing variants.

In Customizing for Product Cost Planning, make sure that the date control is assigned to the following costing variants:

• Cost estimate with quantity structure

• Cost estimate without quantity structure

In Customizing for Cost Object Controlling, make sure that the date control is assigned to the following costing variants:

• run schedule header

• sales document item
