Data service: Commodity code / Import code number

Description

The data service area can be divided into two general parts:
- Loading commodity codes / import code numbers to the system
using data carriers such as diskettes etc.
- Comparing the new current numbers with the numbers contained in
the system.

1.) Load
The 'load' functionality differs depending on the goods direction (Import or Export) as well as on the country involved.
a) Goods direction export: (-> Load commodity codes)
Three transactions are available for the following areas:

- Japan
- Countries of the EU
- Other countries
b) Goods direction import: (-> Load import code numbers)
-> as for a)

2.) Compare
The 'compare' functionality also differs depending upon the goods
direction and the country involved (see point 1).
