Enhancements to Simple Maintenance

Description

There are three enhancements to Simple Maintenance:

1. Under "Settings" in the Organizational Plan screen you can now select "Country Indicator". When you do, you see in the object description and in Detail Maintenance any national infotypes belonging to the selected country indicator.
2. In the "Staff Assignments" screen you can now view User Assignments. This is available as display only.
3. The "Move" function in the menu path "Edit" is now enhanced. You have three options - Object, Sequence, General - which enable you to move objects around in the organizational structure.
