Mass processing

Description

Calling up mass processing from the area menu of capacity planning

As of Release 4.0 you can also call up the reports for mass processing from the area menu for capacity planning.

• Specification of control parameters (report RCCYMAB1)

is called up from the area menu of capacity planning with

Leveling -> Variable -> Background -> Execute.

• Carrying out mass processing (report RCCYMAB2)

is calle up from the definition of the control parameters with

Execute

• Generation of log for mass processing (RCCYMAB3)

is called up from the area menu for capacity planning using

Leveling -> Variable -> Background -> Log.

Start other actions automatically when leaving planning table

As of Release 4.0A you can automatically start other actions when leaving the planning table. To do this specify in the Control profile for capacity leveling that when you leave the planning table the event CY_PLANNING_TABLE_END is set. You must also enter the qualifying parameter for this event in the control profile. After leaving the planning table all event controlled jobs are started that wait for the start event CY_PLANNING_TABLE_END with this parameter.

One possible use is, for example, that you first plan bottleneck work centers on the capacity planning table. For the dispatching of the remaining operations in the order you previously defined a job that is automatically started when leaving the planning table.
