Material stock curves in the capacity planning table

Description

In the capacity planning table you can hide and show a chart with stock curves for the materials to be produced. To do this select the corresponding objects and choose Extras -> Material stock.

According to your specifications in Customizing the system displays

• available quantity

• safety stock

• range

With Extras -> Material stock -> Update you can update the curves, for example after you have changed order data or created an order.

In the SAP standard the overall profiles SAPSFCG001 and SAPSFCG004 for capacity leveling have this function.

Changes to system parameters in Customizing

The following settings are necessary for the material stock curves:

• in Define layout:

• define chart with corresponding grouping and sort

• in Define requirements grouping:

• define requirements grouping with Usage 1

• define which stock curves are to be displayed

• in Define chart sequence:

• maintain chart position for chart

• set indicator use as histo. for the chart

• in Define axis representation and Define curve representation:

• maintain the graphical properties of axes and curves

• in Define profile for capacity planning:

• enter the axis and curve representation selection

In the SAP standard SAP_AX01 and SAP_CV01 are provided for this
