Structural changes in the IMG for the Material Ledger

Description

The activities for Actual Costing/Material Ledger are in Customizing under Controlling -> Product Cost Controlling -> Actual Costing/Material Ledger.

These activities no longer appear additionally under Materials Management -> Valuation and Account Assignment. Instead, you will find a note directing you to the proper location in Controlling.

The activity Define User-Defined Message Types was added.

The section Actual Costing was added.
