Flexible Planning: Changing the Planning Hierarchy

Description

As of Release 4.5A you can add or delete characteristic values to/from the planning hierarchy by choosing Master data -> Planning hierarchy -> Revise. The advantage of this function is that it allows you to amend whole branches of the planning hierarchy at once, rather than in individual steps as you do when choosing Master data -> Plannng hierarchy -> Change.

This function also differs from the Planning hierarchy -> Change function in that it does not cause planning data to be deleted. If you choose Delete member from within the Planning hierarchy -> Change function, all planning data is deleted.
