New calendar functions

Description

Executable mail for creating appointments

There are two options when creating group appointments:

1. The group appointment is automatically entered for all participants. This is only possible if the creator of the group appointment has authorization to maintain the calendars of the participants.
2. Each participant receives a mail asking them to enter the appointment in their calendar.

From Rel. 4.5A onwards, the recipients can enter the appointment in their calendars automatically by executing the mail.

New area menu for substitute maintenance

The area Business Communication has a new administration menu, which can be accessed by selecting Tools --> Business Communication. The menu for substitute maintenance can be found under Appointment calendar --> Substitute maintenance.
