Group Costing in Distributed Systems

Description

You can use the ALE functions to perform group costing in distributed systems. You can transfer information from different Production systems to a system containing the Controlling component, in order to create a group cost estimate.

To send detailed information about the composition of the costs to the Controlling system, and thus the value added in the individual costing levels, you can create additive cost component splits from the corresponding itemizations. You can reach this function by choosing Accounting -> Controlling -> Product Cost Planning -> Tools -> Material Costing -> Determine Value Added.

The additive cost component splits can then be sent via ALE.
