Philippines: New HRMS Country Version
Description
Release 4.5A includes a new HRMS country version for the Philippines that conforms to Philippine legal
requirements. The Philippine country version comprises Personnel Administration and Payroll Accounting components that enable you to process:
- Taxation
- Social security contributions
- Sickness and maternity benefits
- Home development mutual funding (HDMF)
- End-of-year tax statements (BIR Form 2316)
- Leave accrual using the international component
- Basic retrocalculations
- Pay slips
- Master data for:
- Employer/employee details
- Previous employer details
- Taxation
- Social security
- HDMF
Effects on Customizing
The Implementation Guide (IMG) for the Philippine country version includes all the activities required to configure the Personnel Administration and Payroll Accounting applications in accordance with Philippine legal requirements and specific business procedures.
Further notes
Further business and payroll procedures for the Philippines will be incorporated into subsequent releases.
