Balance and Totals (ZA)

Description

In release 4.5A, you can now calculate deductions with the 'Balance and Totals' function. This allows you to deduct a set value each month from an employee's pay. The system will calculate any remaining balance and deduct the amount in the last month of the deduction cycle.

Effects on Customizing

Information for 'Balance and Totals' are stored on infotypes Recurring Payments/Deductions (I0014) and Additional Payments (I0015). For additional information see Wage types for Balances and Totals.
