Check Digit Verification

Description

In Release 4.5A, Check Digit Verification (CDV) functionality has been developed. This allows you to determine the validity of bank accounts in South Africa. The CDV routine checks bank account information entered in infotype Bank Details (I0009) and infotype External Bank Transfers (I0011).

Software/hardware requirements

The CDV check runs in accordance with specifications as supplied by ACB. ACB provides bank information on a tape, which must be converted into an ascii format.
