Lump Sum Tax - South Africa
Description
In Release 4.5A, it is possible to calculate lump sum payments. Lump sum payments, such as retirement, retrenchment, and long service, are payments made to employees upon their termination of long service with the company. These payments are taxed according to directives issued by the Receiver of Revenue.
Effects on Customizing
The lump sum tax and directive data is stored in infotype Additional Payments (0015). See Lump Sum Payments for specifics on customizing lump sum tax in the system.
