Automatic Generation Of Settlement Rules

Description

Until now, you needed to maintain the settlement rule for internal orders manually. Now the system is able to generate settlement rules for an internal order automatically.

To enable the system to generate a settlement rule for an internal order automatically, you need to assign a strategy sequence to the order. In Customizing you can display SAP standard strategy sequences, and if required, create user-defined strategy sequences. You assign this strategy sequence to an order type, to ensure that all orders then created for this order type receive the strategy sequence. However, you can also maintain the strategy sequence manually in the order master data at a later time. You also need to enter the time that the system should generate the rules for each order type, and what change behavior this kind of rule is to have.
