Maintenance of the Person Responsible for a Workflow

Scope of Functions

It is now possible to maintain a person responsible for a workflow via Additional data -> Person responsible. The function of this person responsible is the same as that of the system administrator maintained in the basic data of this workflow.

This is useful if you want to use a workflow supplied by SAP directly (without copying it). It is not possible to change the basic data of the workflow supplied.

The person responsible for a workflow then becomes the system administrator of the workflow, if the basic data of this workflow is not maintained.
