Forms for Messages and Call Display with Callback Function

Scope of Functions

For form integration with SAPforms, SAP now supplies two forms for the mailing and communication area. The forms provide an alternative interface to the SAP GUI for the following functions:

• displaying, changing and sending messages

• displaying caller data from unanswered calls with the option of initiating a callback to the caller from the display.

Work items from SAP Business Workflow, for example, can be processed with a MAPI-compatible mail client, such as Microsoft Outlook, using these forms.
