EnjoySAP - New Document and Distribution List Maintenance

Scope of Functions

In order to reduce the time required and to obtain a greater overview, the document maintenance provides the following functions:

• PC files can be created as attachments to a document via the Drag-and-Drop function in the text edit control.

• All the information about a document (document content, attributes, link list, attachment list, recipient list and transmission information) is directly available on tab pages.

The following improvements have been made in the distribution list maintenance so that a clearer navigation is possible:

• The search area, search results and navigation area are arranged on one screen.

• All the information about a distribution list (distribution list content and header information) is directly available on tab pages.
