Sending appointment requests to Internet addresses

Use

As of 46C, notifications sent to the participants of a group appointment can also be sent to external users. Recipients can react to appointment requests by accepting or declining the appointment, for example. The organizer of the group appointment receives the reply. The appointment is automatically entered in the mail system calendars of those recipients who accept it.

The prerequisite for these functions is a mail system that supports the iCalendar standard (for example, Lotus Organizer 6.0 or Microsoft Outlook 2000).
