New search for free times (free/busy analysis)

Use

The search for free times has been made more user-friendly and flexible. After the user has entered criteria for the search on the selection screen, the modified result screen is displayed. As before, the appointment data (free or busy) for all participants is listed. The data for all participants is also summarized in the result line. The first free appointment found in the search time period is proposed. The user can now also vary the appointment duration and the search time period on the result screen.

The user can also specify whether the appointment is to block or reserve a time period or leave it free. Appointments to which the attribute free is assigned are not considered as appointments in the search for free times.
