The history indicator is subject to the screen layout rules.
Description
As of development status 3.0, the history indicator is included in the asset master record. This indicator was always present for all assets and could not be controlled (for example hidden) using the screen layout rules.
As of 3.0E, this is now possible.
Effects on Customizing
You need to subsequently maintain all the screen layout rules which should not hide the indicator. Without this maintenance, the indicator will not be displayed, even if it has already been set in the asset master record. The field group for the indicator is '82'.
