APO-OPT-PPS: Order Processing

Use

As of Release 3.0A (First Customer Shipment and Support Package 1), the following new settings and functions are available for order processing in the optimization:

Specification of order types that can be scheduled

You can specify which order types can be rescheduled during optimization:

• External procurement (purchase orders and purchase requisitions)

• In-house production

• Stock transfer

• Transportation

Fixing released orders

You can specify whether the released orders can be rescheduled during optimization or whether they are fixed during optimization.

You enter the corresponding settings in the optimization profile, or prior to the optimization, in the tab page Order processing.
