PP/DS: New Features in the Order View

Scope of Functions

On the Process Order screen (Order View), you can now see alerts related to the order for the product. This enables you to recognise any surplus/short quantities, due-date violations, minimum days' supply alerts, and so on, and immediately see details on the alerts without accessing the Alert Monitor.

By selecting an order of one of the components, you receive the header data and alerts for the order of this product.

When you select a product receipt in the order tree, you now receive a tabstrip entitled Alternatives. At the top of the tabstrip, the start date and time, base unit of measurement and order quantity of the current order are displayed.

External procurement options for the product are displayed in a table below this data. This table contains information on costs, transport duration, and ATP quantity. You can enter quantities and available dates/times for the procurement options and the system then performs a product availability check

You can thus view the ATP quantities of other procurement options for the product and directly create orders in this screen.
