Integration of SD with Ariba Network (Technical Enablement)

Use

As of Ariba Network Integration 1.0 SP04 for SAP Business Suite, cXML messages for objects from Sales and Distribution (SD) can be exchanged between Ariba Network and SAP ERP.

Note: SAP currently does not provide standard mapping methods for the relevant cXML messages and the corresponding SAP ERP application interfaces. You can use the following BAdI methods to create such mapping methods:

  • For all incoming cXML messages: method DEFINE_CUST_SPEC_PROCESSING
  • For all outgoing cXML messages: method DEFINE_CUST_SPEC_MAPPING
