Sales Order Collaboration (New)

Use

As of Ariba Network Integration 1.0 SP05 for SAP Business Suite, you can now integrate sales orders and billing documents in the SAP ERP SD (Sales and Distribution) system with the Ariba Network. The following are now supported:

  • Sales Orders

Purchase orders from the Ariba Network can be transferred as sales order to the SAP ERP vendor system.

Use the report Fetch cXML Messages for Different Message Types from Ariba Network (ARBFND_FETCH_CXML_MESSAGES_NEW) to create and update sales orders in SAP ERP SD that are based on Ariba Network purchase orders.

  • Billing Documents

SAP ERP SD billing documents of certain types (regular invoices, credit memos, and cancellations) can be transferred to the Ariba Network. This leads to the creation of a billing document that buyers can retrieve from the Ariba Network and transfer to their SAP ERP buyer system.

  • Map SAP ERP Tax Code to cXML Tax Category
