Restarting Interest Accrual/Deferral
Description
As of release 4.02 A, it is possible to restart interest accrual/deferral if an error occurs. You must differentiate between two type of errors:
- Errors that occur in Bank Customer Accounts itself due to insufficient information, for example, unreleased conditions. In this case you can restart interest accrual/deferral in a new run once the error has been corrected.
- Errors that occur outside of Bank Customer Accounts, for example, system failure. In this case you can restart interest accrual/deferral.
Changes in procedure
To restart choose Periodic tasks -> General ledger -> Interest accrual/deferral -> Restart
