Enhanced position concept for position changes (security area)

Description

Up till now, all position changes had to be made using (fictitious) security orders.

With release 4.02 it is easier to make changes. The changes can be made manually, or in the case of security orders, transferred via external data transfer.

for later releases it is planned to include additional service functions.
