Preparation of Currency Changeover (Mass Processing)

Scope of Functions

This function enables the data and the target currency for the changeover of the currency of a BCA account to be set automatically. It also sets the changeover status. Prior to relase 4.61, it was only possible to manually prepare the currency changeover with transaction F9K2.

The system queries the details that need changing in a subsequent run and these serve as basis for the automatic currency changeover of an account.

Choose Periodic tasks -> Currency changeover -> Prepare currency changeover to call up this new function.

The system creates an application log for every run. Revise this at regeular intervals with transaction SLG2.
