Master Data Copy for Contract Creation

Scope of Functions

When you create an application, contract offer or contract, you can copy the master data from an existing application, contract offer or contract. In addition to the fields that are automatically excluded from the master data copy (the fields in the structure RVDARL_CLEAR), you can now exclude other fields from the copy process.

You do this by attaching an append structure with the corresponding fields to the structure RVDARL_CLEAR in the Data Dictionary. When you choose Copy from..., the values for the selected fields are not copied over to the new loan.

Note:
Structure RVDARL_CLEAR does not contain the following fields, which were excluded from the master data copy automatically in previous releases:

SVERFU: Type of restraint on disposal

NABTRV: Number of assignment contract

DABTR: Assignment date

DVERFU: Restraint on disposal to (date)

RPORTB: Portfolio

SDUNCHARG: Post dunning charges and interest to this contract

If you still want to have these fields excluded from the master data copy, you must include structure RVDARL_CLEAR_APPEND, which contains exactly these fields, in the append structure you have created for RVDARL_CLEAR.
