Term Agreement for Fixed-Term Deposits, Lifecycle Control (Extended)
Use
From SAP ECC 500, Financial Services (EA-FS 500) you can do the following:
- Specify a rollover with an increased contract amount or partial repayment.
- Collect the contract amount by using automatic collection as part of end-of-day processing. You can enter product settings in Customizing for a posting day shift, for internal and external collection accounts.
The report Lifecycle Controlwas divided into reports for the functions Fixingand Calling for fixed-term deposit accounts. The BTE SAMPLE_INTERFACE_00011035is run at the end of this report. This is used for transferring the current and old status of the edited term agreement data, the operative data for the account, and the related interest rate.
In addition, you can use the function Postprocessing Fixed-Term Deposit Accounts to select all term agreements that are In Postprocessing, and manually process the corresponding account or payment order for the collection.
The report Restart Fixed-Term Deposit Accounts reads all the term agreements that are In Postprocessing and starts the reports where the term agreement received the In Postprocessing status.
Effects on Existing Data
You can use the functions from the new attributes for new accounts only. Create new products or new product versions that have the new attributes from the Term Agreement for Fixed-Term Deposits.
Effects on System Administration
Instead of the Lifecycle Control report, schedule the two new reports Fixing Fixed-Term Deposit Accounts and Call Fixed-Term Deposit Accounts.
