Manual Planned Records with Plausibility Check and Individual Documents (New)

Use

In SAP ECC Enterprise Extension Financial Services 6.00 (EA-FS 600), you can check the manual planned records created in Reserve for Bad Debts (RBD) using a plausibility check based on defined criteria. By generating individual documents, you can also verify these manual planned records.

Plausibility Check

The following checks are carried out in the specified order when manual planned records are created:

  • The account must be assigned a contract. Otherwise, the input screen is not displayed.
  • After the data has been entered, the system checks whether the entered reference matches a contract assigned to the RBD account. With the Capital flow type group, the entered amount must not be greater than the effective capital of the source system.
  • Manual planned records with a referencethat is not assigned to the RBD account can only be created manuallyin an RBD account with a module ID.
  • A (proportionate) distribution of the planned record among different contracts is not allowed for the aggregation levels Partnerand Finance Project. This must be carried out by the user (by creating different manual planned records).

Generation of Individual Documents

This is a general business requirement. Verification for planned records must also be ensured by individual documents.

This change has the following effect on the user interface:

The user can double-click the planned recordor choose Goto → Planned Individual Documents to generate the associated individual documents even for manual planned records.

A plausibility check in the RBD account screen also determines whether the assigned reference number (source system account number) in the planned record actually matches an account number in the source system.

The report /IBS/MRB_UE_MAN_INI can be run once to create the individual documents for manual planned records initially. This report creates an individual document for every existing manual planned record but does not carry out any plausibility checks.

Effects on Existing Data

An individual record is created in the database table /IBS/TRB_UE for each planned record. There is no effect on existing planned and actual records.

Effects on Data Transfer

Creation or execution of the initialization report /IBS/MRB_UE_MAN_INI, which generates an individual document for all manual planned records.

Effects on System Administration
