Updated and Restructured IMG Documentation (new)

Use

For SAP ECC 6.0, Enterprise Extension Financial Services , Enhancement Package 4 (EA-FS 604), Business Function "SAP RBD: Business Operations in Reserve for Bad Debts"(/IBS/EAFS_RBD_BUSOPR), the IMG documentation for the 'Reserve for Bad Debts (RBD)' component was reworked completely and partially restructured. However, there were no changes to the IMG activities, which means that you do not have to make any changes to Customizing settings.

In the RBD Customizing menu, you can now go directly to the BAdIs (including those available in a previous release):

• BAdI: Link to Accounting System

• BAdI: Link to Position-Managing System

The sequence of the IMG activities in the 'Flow Data' folder is restructured as follows (the sequence of the activities is as displayed below):

1. Define RBD Flow Type and FI Account Determination
2. Assign Flow Type of Previous System to RBD Flow Type
3. Assign RBD Flow Type to Capital From Previous System
4. Define Set of Rules for.Postion Generation for Value Adjustments in RBD
5. Define Sequence of RBD Flow Types for Planned Record Processing
6. Define Assignment of Requirements for Planned Record Creation
7. Define Prioritization of RBD Flow Types
8. Define Balancing Rules for RBD
9. Assign Flow Types for Business Operations
10. Contract Valuation per IAS
11. Define Cash Flow Category
12. Define Collateral Type
13. Collateral Valuation per IAS
14. Hedge Valuation per IAS
