Increasing Template Allocation Flexibility for Financial Objects (New)

Use

As of SAP R/3 Enterprise Financial Services 2.00 (EA-FINSERV 200) you can determine the process costs at a single transaction and/or financial object level. You have free access to characteristics and value fields in the form the functions FinObjValueField and FinObjCharacteristic in the "Financial Object" environment in activity-based costing. You can use these functions in your templates. Use these functions with periodic quantity offsetting. The functions return the value of the entered characteristic or value field for the calculated transaction for the costing period.

To edit the templates go to Profitability Analysis → Single Transaction Costing → Costing → Costing Rule→ Template Allocation using Financial Objects → Maintain Templates.
