Manual assignment of contract is not possible as a queue is present in the system for the Application document in status 'SYSFAIL'.
The flag STOP_NXT_PROCESS in table /ACCGO/T_APP_QCO ( for the combination of Plant, Company Code, Application Doc Type, and Side for Item ) controls whether the process should be stopped or should proceed with warning. The flag is marked as 'X' for this scenario
If the error needs to be removed, please uncheck the flag in table as mentioned above and proceed.
