Diagnosis
An error occurred in underfill tolerance evaluation in the Contract Application process.
System Response
Procedure
The load quantity applied is lesser than the contract's open quantity even after taking into account the underfill tolerance. You either increase the allowable underfill on this contract or apply the load to a different contract.
