Diagnosis

No contract commodity items are eligible for application of this load either because of the non maintenance of Application Rules to fetch contracts or the obtained contracts are not eligible for application.

System Response

Reason for non eligibility of contracts:

Final delivery indicator is already set on the contract commodity item.

Procedure

Maintain the rule Application Rulesfor the load's attributes in case it is unplanned application (i.e. no call-off exists).

Also check if the contract commodity item has the final delivery flag already set.
