System Response

Procedure

Check the status of Settlement Group and choose from the following:

• To release a document, status of the current document should be Created.

• To approve a document, status of the current document should be Released.

• To reject a document, status of the current document should be Released.

• To reverse a document, status of the current document should be Invoiced.

• To invoice a document, status of the current document should be Approved.
