Diagnosis

You have not entered a country/region.

System Response

The system cannot save Lien Holderdata unless the country/region is entered.

Procedure

You must enter the vendor and country/region to save the Lien Holderdata. If the country/region is entered, you can identify to which country/region the region belongs. If the region is not entered; by default, the country/region entered is considered for all the regions.
