The settlement object is not in Releasedstatus.
System Response
The system cannot reject the settlement object because it is either not released or is not available for approval.
Procedure
- On the Statustab page, check the status of the settlement object.
- Check the actions permitted for this settlement object.
Procedure for System Administration
If the error persists, contact your system administrator.
