Diagnosis
Re-creation of ABD is not permitted due to many reasons. For example, the old ABD is already posted to FI.
System Response
A new ABD will not be created. The old ABD will be retained.
Procedure
Check why the creation of a new ABD is not permitted. Resolve the issues and try again.
If it is mandatory to create a new ABD, then you can reverse the current settlement and create a new ABD.
When a new settlement group is created, a new ABD will be created.

If the error persists, contact your system administrator.
