Diagnosis
You have attempted to re-create a new ABD for the settlement group.
System Response
The system cannot close the old ABD due to an error. Hence, the newly created ABD will not replace the old ABD.
Procedure
Resolve the errors that occurred while closing the old ABD.
Procedure for System Administration
If the error persists, contact your system administrator.
