/ACCGO/FEE035 - Activation failed for one or more fees; see long text - /ACCGO/FEE 035

Diagnosis

Fee activation failed due to one or more of the following reasons:

1. Status change is not allowed from the current fee status to active status.
2. Fees is already locked by another user or locked in another session by the same user.
3. The validity period of the fee version overlaps with the validity period of another active version of the fee.
4. One or more detail, mandatory for activation, is missing in the fee.
