Diagnosis
The selected groups were not released because of one of the following reasons:
- None of the line items in the group are generated
- All the generated line items in the group have the status Release to 3PT and Unlocked(U)
System Response
The system will not release (Release to 3PT and Locked (L)) the line items in the selected group.
Procedure
Generate at least one line item and don't unlock (Release to 3PT and Unlocked(U)) it.
