Diagnosis

The sort sequences of the sort fields are not valid.

System Response

The sequence of the sort fields is not correct. Fields at header level should always have the highest sort priority. Fields at line level should have the next priority and schedule line fields should have the lowest priority.

Caution

If you do not keep to this sort sequence, sales orders might be split. Dependent on the ARun configuration, other sales orders might not be allocated at all, even if stock is available.

Sorting in the following sequence:

Schedule line 1 R
Schedule line 2 R

stock is exhausted by order 4711, block 1

Stock

At the end of the allocation run, a release check is carried out at order level. In this case, order 4711 is not allocated at all, because there was not enough stock allocated to this order (the release rule was not fulfilled). The stock that was allocated to block 1 of order 4711 is set back to unrestricted-use stock.

Even if this unrestricted-use stock would be enough to fulfill order 4713, allocation is no longer possible because the ARun is already carried out completely.

Procedure

Change the sort priority of your sort rule in the ARun Customizing.
