Diagnosis
If the delivery group is maintained in the release rule but no coordinate code or schedule line group check are maintained, the customer check rule 0001 (user exit for coordinate code check) cannot be maintained either.

Either delete the customer check rule 0001 or maintain the coordinate code or schedule line group.
