No EANs/UPCs for the selected materials could be processed.

Procedure

• Check whether EAN recycling basic settings are properly set

• If business documents are not to be processed, the materials should already be archived to be eligible for recycling.

• Verify your selection and make sure you have selected materials.

• Check whether material archiving should be carried out.
