Diagnosis

There are the following possible causes:

The weights and the volume (net weight/ gross weight / volume) have been maintained differently in different plants for a material with grid value and category.

Example

Material 'T-Shirt' with grid value 'REDL' and category 'A 1':

In plant 1000:,, ,,net weight = 1kg, gross weight = 1kg

In plant 2000: ,,,,gross weight = 1.1kg

Note

There will be more than one error in this case.

You have already maintained weights and volumes for a material in the table /AFS/MARM. It is possible that the record which the report tried to enter into the table already exists with different weights and volumes.

Procedure

In the first case, do the following:

Check the data for both plants in transaction MM03 Display Material Master on the tab page AFS Weights and Volume in the screen Additional Data.
Decide which plant has the correct entries.
Restart the report for the material and the plant.

This will enter the data for this material and plant for all the grid values and categories in the table /AFS/MARM.

In the second case, do as follows:

Check the database tables J_3AMAD and /AFS/MARM for the incorrect record.

If the entry in the table /AFS/MARM is correct, no further steps are necessary and you can ignore the error message. If you want to change the record, you must do so manually in the transaction (MM02) Change Material .You can change the weights and volumes on the tab page AFS Weights and Volumesin the screen Additional Data.
