Diagnosis

Possible causes:

• One of the following is true for this combination of material, grid value, and category in different plants:

• different status

• different target group data

• different packing data

• different status, different target group data, and different packing data

Example

Material T-shirt, grid value REDL, category A1

In plant 1000: packing quantity = 12 pieces

In plant 2000: packing quantity = 20 pieces

Note

This error will only be displayed for one plant, but may apply to more than two plants.

• You have already maintained data in the database table /AFS/MVKE. When the report tries to add an entry, this entry already exists but has a different status or different data.

Procedure

In the first case, do the following:

1. Check the data in transaction MM03 Display Material Masteron the tab page AFS Sales Data in the initial screen.
2. Decide which plant has the correct entries.
3. Restart the report for the client, material and plant.

This will enter the data for this material and plant for all the grid values and categories.

In the second case, do as follows:

Check the database tables J_3AMAD and /AFS/MVKE for the incorrect record.

If the entry in the table /AFS/MVKE is correct, no further steps are necessary and you can ignore the error message. If you want to change the record, you must do so manually in the transaction (MM02) Change Material . You can change the status, the packing data, and the target group data on the tab page AFS Sales Data in the initial screen.
