Diagnosis
The drill down level in Customizing is not suitable.
Procedure
The drill down level for the optimizer was adopted from the current optimizer type.
Check the level for your optimizer type and check if the correct fields have been assigned to the level of optimizer type. You do this in Customizing under Level Configuration.
